Although we are not legally obliged to do so, Inka offers a __ procedure__. We want to promote an open and honest corporate culture.

What can you report?

Everyone can report (suspicions of) fraud, corruption, unethical behavior, violations of legislation or internal rules confidentially.

Who can report?

Employees, suppliers, customers and other partners.

How to report?

Confidential reports can be done via:

  • Interview on request

The confidential adviser confirms reception within 7 days and informs about the follow -up within 3 months.

There is also a possibility of __external__ via official authorities.

Protection of the reporter

Madders acting in good faith are protected against retaliation. Unjustified reports are not protected.

Guarantees because of management

The management of Inka guarantees that reports are investigated objectively, on time and confidentially. Research results are evaluated and, if necessary, lead to appropriate measures.
