Inka and the Sustainable Development Goals
At Inka we believe that sustainable entrepreneurship starts with clear choices, transparency and engagement. That is why we are convinced with conviction the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations (SDG 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 16, 17). From fair purchasing and safe workplaces to environmentally conscious products and information security - sustainability is in every aspect of our operation.
- Sustainable purchasing: we look beyond price and quality. We consciously opt for suppliers and partners who share our values: respect for human rights, fair working conditions, environmental awareness and social involvement.
- Positive working environment: Our success comes directly from the well -being, safety and development of our employees. That is why we are fully committed to a safe and healthy working environment, fair employment conditions, equal opportunities and continuous development for everyone.

Since 2021, Inka has been housed in a modern and energy-efficient building. This investment is more than an infrastructure choice - it is a powerful lever for sustainability, comfort and future -oriented entrepreneurship.
- Comfort & Health in the workplace: thanks to zone -driven heating and geothermal energy, our employees work in a pleasant indoor climate - good for well -being and productivity (SDG 3, 8).
- Sustainable chain with local energy partner: Inka cooperates with energy supplier Bolt and local farmers to purchase really green electricity - we strengthen the local economy and sustainability (SDG 17). Because of our solar panels we also cover a large part of our energy requirement - less CO₂, more impact (SDG 7, 13)
- Efficient logistics for customers: speed up our sustainable warehouse planning order picking and shortening delivery times (SDG 9, 12).
Building sustainable impact together
Our contribution to the SDGs is not a paper exercise, but a guideline for concrete action. We want to actively take on our social role through annual policy, education and cooperation. In this way we build together on a healthy, just and sustainable future.
From October 2025 Inka will participate in the Voka Charter Sustainable Entrepreneurship for a further deepening and anchoring of our sustainability policy in our core activities.
